About the Role:

This position is responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate strategic business decisions. The Data Analyst accountable for compiling information in an insightful manner to improve outcomes and lower costs. The Analyst will support projects and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study, Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related
  • 2+ years' experience in data analysis with proficiency in Microsoft tools and Power BI
  • Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm
  • Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and maintains custom data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Applies knowledge of data, data structures and analytical tools to research, identify trends, expenditures, and utilization of resources.
  • Extract and analyze data from various EMR, payor, and HR programs, including databases and spreadsheets to pull metrics on all
    aspects of Palmetto Infusions daily business processes.
  • Identifies opportunities to create actionable data and reports.
  • Evaluates current processes, reports, and functions and provides performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provides periodic reports to internal and external parties in support of daily operations throughout the company.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and analyze meaningful outcomes reporting to improve and innovate care.
  • Creates summary reports of key performance improvement activities, outcomes, and trends for appropriate committees.
