Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-minded, and skilled at coordinating teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial projects.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for projects.

  • Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

  • Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion.
