Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a General Foreman for its PCI Dallas 114 operations based in Midlothian, TX. This individual will be responsible for the following: 

  • Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
  • Use lookahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
  • Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, coworkers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
  • Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
  • Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • On-the-job training offered

This position is safety-sensitive.

Hourly Rate: $35-40/hr.

Basic Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor on a construction jobsite
  • Experience working interior services such as Drywall, Framing, Interior/Exterior walls, Specialty Panels, Clean Rooms, etc.
  • Must have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
