This position blends local sales management with account management of your own list of clients. Experience as a top performing local radio account executive is required. Experience in management and specifically radio broadcast sales management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: recruit, train and mentor our sales team to exceed revenue targets and performance goals
Client relations: Build and maintain great relationships with local businesses and advertising agencies to reach measurable goals
Collaboration: Partner with all of our department team members to ensure seemless performance for our clients
Grow Revenue: Drive revenue utilizing our broadcast and special events sponsorships
Compensation: commission $60,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience and perfomance
