• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that include detailed patient history reviews, specific assessments, and formulation of individualized treatment recommendations.
• Educate patients and their families about evaluation findings and treatment plans, ensuring that they are involved in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols that reflect best practices and current research while adapting modalities based on patient needs and health status.
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated patient care and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation throughout the patient's care journey, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.
• Manage time effectively and meet productivity benchmarks while participating in departmental marketing initiatives to promote community outreach.
• Assist in the development and execution of departmental goals while adhering to accreditation standards and regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and pursue additional education to improve skills and knowledge within the profession.
• Contribute to enhancing the patient experience by demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to their needs and expectations.

Our team serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in executing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, promoting their recovery journey with compassion and expertise.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia is essential.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, showcasing a strong background in outpatient care.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
