Ashtabula, Ohio, Urologist Opening 
  • Clinical Role:
    • Full-time negotiable schedule
    • Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
    • On call 10 days per month
    • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
    • 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
    • 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
    • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
    • Lab onsite
    • X-Ray onsite
    • Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
    • Equipment: PVR Scanner
    • EMR - EPIC
    • Credentialing timeframe:  30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
    • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
    • Not accepting Locums submissions
    • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

  • Organization:
    • Salary range:  $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience.  Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
    • Sign on bonus - negotiable

    • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview):  Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
    • $5000 CME credit
