Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a per diem  Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist

  • Measure & record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance.

  • Observe and document on resident performance.

  • Treat residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage, assist residents in carrying out specific exercises.

  • Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

PTA Requirements Include:
