What You’ll Do-

As a Specialty Assembler/Manual Fabricator, you’ll play a hands-on role in producing high-quality wire rope assemblies used in real-world industrial applications for specialty customers. Your work directly supports customer safety, productivity, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities-

Assemble finished products from parts and components using hand tools and machinery

Read and interpret assembly instructions, measurements, and parts lists

Position, align, and verify components for accurate fit and fastening

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and specification accuracy

Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with supervisors to resolve them

Perform basic preventive maintenance and help keep equipment running smoothly

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Help monitor inventory levels and complete production and quality documentation

What We’re Looking For-

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift and manipulate up to 150 lbs

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude and basic math skills

Attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset

Feet and hand dexterity along with hand-eye coordination, including the ability to press foot pedals frequently and be able to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small

Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana) and background check

Reliable transportation to Steubenville, OH

Preferred (Not Required):

6+ months of experience in assembly or manual fabrication

Willingness to learn new processes and systems quickly

Dependable, consistent work ethicProfessionalism, honesty, and integritySchedule & Work Environment-

Full-time, 40 hours per week

1st shift only: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

8 hr shift, Monday–Friday, no rotating shifts

Onsite role in Steubenville, OH (43952)

Biweekly pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour to start, review in 90 days
