Are you ready to start a career in skilled trades? 

Join our L.I.F.T. Program (Learning Industrial Fundamentals & Trades) designed for individuals exploring a career in manufacturing and production.

This hands-on development program provides exposure to multiple production departments and real-world experience in the lifting and rigging industry. Participants will complete rotational training in wire rope, chain, and inspections while working alongside experienced mentors and team members. Throughout the program, you’ll build foundational technical skills, gain industry knowledge, and explore long-term career opportunities within our organization.


We are looking for recent graduates or current students enrolled in vocational and trade schools that would like to explore the world of lifting and rigging.  

  • Recent high school, trade school, or community college graduates
  • Individuals 18+ seeking hands-on career opportunities in production & trades
  • Mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Interested in manufacturing, production, skilled trades, or operations careers

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, interpret and understand codes, instructions and specifications of Fab Tickets along with special drawings or blueprints
  • Calculate wire rope cut lengths, fitting requirements and select appropriate equipment to produce all varieties of wire rope assemblies
  • Setup, operate, adjust and maintain all wire rope production machines and equipment
  • Select, write and attach proper tags and labels to products; locate and interpret appropriate capacity tables
  • Count, record and report inventory as required
  • Perform all duties to established quality standards and report defective or substandard material supplies or products
  • Maintain work area, equipment and tools in a clean and organized manner, and follow all Safety Guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
