We’re seeking detail‐oriented and dependable Sterile Processing Technicians to support surgical services by ensuring instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, assembled, sterilized, and ready for use. If you take pride in accuracy and process excellence, this role is critical to patient safety and surgical success.

What You’ll Do

  • Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
  • Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to policy and manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform quality checks to ensure instruments meet sterilization and safety standards
  • Track and document sterilization loads and instrument processing activities
  • Maintain organization of sterile storage areas and case carts
  • Respond to urgent instrument needs for surgical cases
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards (AAMI, AORN, facility policy)
  • Collaborate with OR staff to ensure timely case readiness
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Sterile Processing Technician certification required (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent sterile processing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced surgical environment
