RN Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Oversee nursing operations and resident care during assigned shifts.

  • Conduct rounds on all units, assessing residents and ensuring quality care.

  • Administer medications and treatments as needed.

  • Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.

  • Assist with new employee orientation as needed.

  • Report concerns and updates to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.

  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

  • Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Must be reliable and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
