• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through virtual consultations to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, and areas needing support.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient circumstances.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans focused on each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available medications to promote informed decision-making.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, utilizing various evidence-based modalities to engage and empower patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, integrating patient goals, preferences, and clinical recommendations.
• Assist patients in navigating complex mental health systems and advocate for their rights to ensure comprehensive and equitable care.
