• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients. Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on the results.

• An independent and active clinical license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with clients across various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation relative to client care and treatment.

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services through telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in crisis intervention settings and familiarity with community resources.
