Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and strengths, which form the basis for effective care planning.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions to track client progress and adapt as necessary.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, providing a platform for shared learning and support among peers.
  • Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that physical and mental health needs are addressed holistically.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment, helping clients navigate emergencies with effective safety planning and appropriate referrals.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and promoting accountability.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a broad spectrum of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your contributions will empower clients from diverse backgrounds to develop coping strategies, resilience, and improved mental well-being. Understanding and responding to the unique cultural and contextual factors influencing each client is paramount in your role.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices and client care.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a successful track record of implementing client-centered approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
