Job description

Per Diem - Line Server

Schedule Varies | Assisted Living Home | Medford, NJ

$16.00 to $18.40 per hour (based on experience)

We're looking for friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Dining Services team. Serving residents plays a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for everyone in our community!

Rate:$16.00/hr - $18.40/hr

Schedule/Shifts:

  • Per Diem - Flexible;3x a week including weekends and holidays
  • 4:00pm - 8:30pm
  • 10:30am - 2:30pm
  • (Morning shifts available as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, set up, and serve meals in dining rooms and cafe areas

  • Provide courteous and helpful service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff

  • Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle basic food transactions

  • Follow all safe food handling procedures and company policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily food service operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
