Job description

Tharros is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst for an upcoming program specializing in technical and analytical services that bolster USCYBERCOM's ability to counter cyber threats and carry out full spectrum cyber operations.

TheAll-Source Intelligence Analyst supports mission operations by analyzing, integrating, and synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence products supporting cyberspace operations and national security objectives. This role provides timely intelligence assessments, operational analysis, and situational awareness to support mission planning, operational execution, and strategic decision-making within highly classified environments.In this role, you will work closely with operational planners, cyber mission teams, intelligence professionals, and senior leadership to assess threats, identify trends, and support the development of operational intelligence products aligned with mission priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and synthesize intelligence information from multiple classified and open-source reporting streams to produce finished intelligence products
  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting cyberspace operations, operational planning, threat assessments, and mission execution activities
  • Develop intelligence reports, operational assessments, threat profiles, targeting packages, briefings, and analytical products for operational and strategic audiences
  • Evaluate intelligence reporting for credibility, relevance, and operational impact while identifying intelligence gaps and emerging threats
  • Support operational planning activities by providing timely intelligence updates, threat analysis, and mission-related assessments
  • Correlate data from SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, cyber intelligence, and other reporting sources to support operational awareness and decision-making
  • Monitor global cyber threat activity, adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and geopolitical developments affecting mission operations
  • Prepare and present intelligence briefings to operational teams, mission leadership, and senior government personnel
  • Collaborate with intelligence community partners, operational planners, and cyber mission personnel to support integrated mission objectives
  • Maintain awareness of evolving intelligence priorities, mission requirements, and operational tasking within dynamic operational environments
