Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT operations within the manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems and services, supporting production and manufacturing activities while driving technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IT systems and infrastructure to support manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions specific to manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all IT systems used in manufacturing.
- Lead a team of IT professionals in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and user support.
- Develop and manage IT budgets and resource allocation for manufacturing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems used in manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
