Per Diem Neonatologist Opportunity in Montgomery, AL

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem, experienced, Board Certified Neonatologists to join our Level III NICU team in Montgomery, AL.

A Supportive Team Environment Join a team of 4 Neonatologists covering 2 well-established facilities—within 15 minutes of each other:

  • Baptist Medical Center East

    • Level III NICU (28 beds)
    • 24/7 NNP coverage
    • Busiest delivery service in Montgomery
    • MFM support via telemedicine
  • Baptist Medical Center South

    • Level III NICU (40 beds)
    • 24/7 NNP coverage
    • Regional Perinatal Center with high transfer volume

Flexible Scheduling & Work-Life Balance

  • 24 hour rounding plus call
  • No shift requirements as a per diem provider
  • Supplement your monthly income by working a couple shifts a month in Montgomery

Qualifications
  • Active AL license or IMLC license preferred
  • Board Certification in Neonatology required
  • A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required
  • Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months)
Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
