The Role

We’re looking for a Print Operator to join our Production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate high-speed digital printing equipment, monitor quality, and help keep customer projects accurate and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment
  • Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion
  • Monitor print quality and reprint damaged or defective documents as needed
  • Stage and safely change paper rolls
  • Operate finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance
  • Work with internal teams to resolve production issues and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Previous print, copy, or production experience preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow, or roll-fed equipment is a plus
