  • This position will be in the Hialeah, FL area.


Continental Heavy Civil is looking for a general laborer in or around the Hialeah/Miami area. Will perform a variety of physical tasks to assist the daily operations at a construction site. Maintain a clean and safe construction site while also supporting the overall project.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide general labor duties for civil construction.

  • Demolition

  • Carpentry

  • Use of power tools.

  • Ability to use radios to communicate with other laborers at different locations.

  • Provide safe passage through and around the work areas.

  • Standing outside for long periods of time.


Qualifications:


  • Must be willing and ableto work outside all day long.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination skills.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. withassistance.

  • Must be willing to perform strenuous, consistent, physical activity throughout the day.
