About the Role

The Per Diem Radiology Technologist plays a critical role in supporting fertility diagnostic and treatment procedures by providing high-quality imaging services and compassionate patient care. This position specializes in operating the C-arm during Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) procedures, educating patients throughout the imaging process, and collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff to support exceptional patient outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Per Diem Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Ohio in Akron, Ohio. This is a per diem, on-site position offering flexible, as-needed scheduling, with preferred availability of two days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays for approximately two hours each) or one day per week from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, with flexibility based on clinic needs, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Hysterosalpingography (HSG) procedures with precision and attention to patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and efficient patient care.
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of radiology equipment and procedure rooms.
  • Follow all infection prevention, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance protocols.
  • Establish positive rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.
  • Support a welcoming, compassionate, and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements

    • Education & Licensure:
      • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
      • Current Radiologic Technologist license in the state of Ohio required.
    • Experience:
      • Previous experience performing HSG procedures preferred.
      • Women’s health experience preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • High level of customer service and patient care focus.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
