The Position:

We are actively seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead multifamily communities, mixed use corporate campuses, high-performance commercial spaces, projects throughout the region. This role requires strong field leadership, project execution experience, subcontractor coordination, and the ability to manage fast-paced projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who thrives in technically challenging environments and enjoys overseeing projects involving complex building systems, critical operations, and accelerated schedules.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for healthcare, technology, and mission critical construction projects
  • Manage project execution from mobilization through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and self-perform teams
  • Oversee MEP coordination, installation activities, and quality execution
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and production milestones
  • Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards, safety procedures, and quality control protocols
  • Conduct project meetings with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal leadership
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, specifications, and construction schedules


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, healthcare, technology, or mission critical construction
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or combined Super/PM role
  • Strong MEP coordination and technical construction knowledge required
  • Experience managing fast-track, high-profile construction projects
  • Ability to lead subcontractors, field teams, and multiple trades simultaneously
  • OSHA and construction safety knowledge required
  • Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments as needed
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with occupied renovations, phased construction, or technically complex infrastructure projects
  • Background managing self-perform trades strongly preferred
  • Experience with project management software, scheduling platforms, and field reporting tools
