POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

  • A PASSION FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Our 28 bed Adult Psychiatric Treatment Unit (APTU) offers inpatient treatment for patients ages 18 and older with psychiatric disorders in a safe, secure setting, with working within a multidisciplinary team with advanced treatment modalities, act as an advocate for patients, families and significant others.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 year RN experience required

  • Education: ADN required, BSN preferred

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Unit: Adult Psychiatric Treatment Unit- Baystate Medical Center

  • Part-time, day shift

  • 7AM - 730PM

  • Every other weekend and holiday commitment required

Education:

Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Certifications:

Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of MassachusettsState of MassachusettsState of Massachusetts

Compensation

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum

$41.82 - $54.06 - $66.30
