Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BMC Helix Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise ITSM solutions.
  • This temporary role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System.
  • This is a key role in enhancing our service management capabilities, supporting integrations, and ensuring the stability and performance of our BMC Helix environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, Developer Studio, Innovation Suite, and DWP Catalog.
  • Develop and maintain BMC Helix Business Workflows and Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Lead architecture, configuration, and deployment of BMC Helix solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., identity management, service desks).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack (application, database, network, OS, client).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Develop custom utilities and enhancements to extend BMC Helix capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Participate in beta testing, early access programs, and community engagement initiatives.

 Qualifications Experience:

  • 3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms.
  • Proven track record in enterprise ITSM implementations and integrations.
  • Helix Digital Workplace Advanced 20.x and greater.
  • Helix Digital Workplace Catalog 19.x and greater.
  • Helix ITSM 19.x (Professional) and greater.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms.
  • Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Other:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with BMC Innovation Studio.
  • Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
  • REST API Experience is a big plus.
