Job description

Skin by Lovely is seeking a Longevity Medical Provider to join our growing team of innovative aesthetic medical providers dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a suitably licensed provider who is passionate about longevity medicine, wellness, facial aesthetics, and upholding the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

The Longevity Medical Provider will play a key leadership role in advancing and overseeing our longevity services, including peptide therapy programs, the launch and management of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and the delivery of advanced facial injectables. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class medical protocols across all locations and ensuring regulatory compliance in alignment with state guidelines and Medical Director oversight.

This provider conducts comprehensive health assessments, evaluates diagnostic findings, and develops individualized treatment plans designed to optimize cellular health, hormone balance, regenerative outcomes, and aesthetic results. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to safety, elevating both patient experience and the organization’s leadership in medical aesthetics and longevity medicine. 

By keeping a focused treatment menu and providing ongoing and regular training, Skin by Lovely is consistently ranked a top practice in the U.S. by Allergan, and Galderma.

Through our sister company, InjectionU, and the support of other educational providers, we are also able to act as an educational center by providing comprehensive, hands-on training, for health care providers new to medical aesthetics, including newly hired Skin by Lovely Injection Specialists.

Education & Experience:

• Experience in aesthetic injectables (minimum 2+ years preferred) 

• Active NP, MD or NMD license (state-specific) 

• Advanced training or strong interest in; Peptide therapy, Hormone replacement therapy, Functional / longevity medicine• Strong understanding of lab interpretation 

• Detail-oriented with high ethical standards 

• Collaborative leadership mindset 

• Passion for patient education and long-term wellness

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary clinical lead for patient assessments, medical history review, treatment eligibility, complication management, and escalated concerns.
  • Lead and advance longevity programs, including peptide therapy and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), overseeing protocol development, lab review, safe prescribing practices, and patient follow-up.
  • Deliver advanced injectable and regenerative aesthetic treatments, integrating skin optimization strategies with longevity-focused care while providing comprehensive patient education on services, expectations, and post-care.
  • Maintain and audit medical protocols and compliance standards, conducting routine chart reviews and ensuring adherence to state regulations, medical board requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to support workflow development, SOP creation, team training, service implementation, and performance goals, modeling a positive, accountable culture while effectively balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities in a multi-location environment.
