Job description

Primary responsibilities:

1. Works with Territorial Sales Representative to provide an acceptable profit level through maximizing sales of products, and utilizing equipment placements within each account.

2. Works with assigned Territorial Sales Representatives to train, develop, motivate and evaluate the salesmen as well as evaluate the profitability of a territory and maximize profitability; utilizing Full Service Vending, Visi-Cooler, Post-Mix, and Premix fountain equipment.

3. Report any transshipping of product within Pepsi MidAmerica territory.

4. Observe competitive equipment locations and make recommendations to convert or improve upon Pepsi MidAmerica’s equipment availability at the location.

5. Be familiar with and manage the Low Sales and No Sales Rental Reports within his/her assigned division. Reduce the number of those customers to a minimum level.

6. Ensure 100% execution of specific projects as assigned.

7. Conduct monthly reviews with the Vice President On Premise providing reports on progress in assigned areas.

8. Ensure all vending and fountain equipment is maintained in proper set and dispenses or vends only product purchased directly from Pepsi MidAmerica.

9. Complete and submit a daily report summarizing the days event and identify areas of opportunity make recommendations to take full advantage of such situations.


Qualifications:

2+ years of selling experience required

Bachelors Degree (4+ years of management experience may be considered in place of a degree)

Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment

Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing/editing reports
