SUMMARY:

Nackard Bottling Company, the family-owned exclusive Pepsi distributor serving northern Arizona, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager based in Prescott. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for managing four Area Sales Managers across Northern Arizona — Prescott, Flagstaff, Show Low, and the Verde Valley. The Senior Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and spends approximately 90% of their time in the market alongside the team, leading our sales and merchandising teams on execution and serving as a key driver of how Nackard products are sold, merchandised, and grown across every channel we serve.

SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-Time, 50 hours/week — field-based, with approximately 90% of time spent in the market with the team

  • Lead, coach, and develop four Area Sales Managers across the Prescott, Flagstaff, Show Low, and Verde Valley territories
  • Spend approximately 90% of time in the market working alongside sales and merchandising teams, leading execution at retail
