Job description

As a Pepco Warehouse Associate, you will be joining a team of warehouse professionals who take initiative and think outside the box. At Pepco, we take care of our own as family. We pride ourselves in providing industry leading service to our customers throughout the entire order process.With that comes high expectations of work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability.


Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Pepco Warehouse Delivery Driver, your day-to-day operations will include unloading and loading of your truck, pulling, picking, and packing orders for delivery, operating warehouse equipment, double checking orders, and assisting in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment for you and your peers.


Skills:

  • Forklift Operation experience
  • 1 year Warehouse experience
  • Basic computation: addition/subtraction
  • Basic computer skills: typing/website navigation
  • Able to communicate with customers and develop relationships
  • Ability to load/unload truck
  • Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC is a plus

To succeed at this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Reliable transportation to and from warehouse
  • Understanding of Customer first decision making
