Job Description Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist Location: West Des Moines, IA Secondary Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $30-$35 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist to support supplier setup and maintenance activities associated with Ariba and PeopleSoft projects. This role will manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and maintenance requests, troubleshoot complex issues, support system cleanup initiatives, and ensure accurate supplier data. The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver who can manage high volumes and escalations with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across Supply Chain Management and business teams.

Key Responsibilities Create new suppliers and modify existing supplier records within Ariba and PeopleSoft. Manage end-to-end supplier setup, maintenance, and onboarding requests. Troubleshoot and resolve complex supplier and process-related issues.

Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers. Prioritize and independently resolve escalated requests. Partner with Ariba, Sourcing & Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups to ensure successful supplier onboarding and transaction readiness.

Perform system cleanup activities, including researching and inactivating unused supplier locations. Analyze process risks and identify opportunities for improved controls and efficiency. Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and training materials.

Ensure supplier data accuracy and maintain a reliable system of record. Support increased supplier activity associated with ongoing technology projects and system implementations. Required Qualifications Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier management, procurement operations, or related business processes.

Experience working with SAP Ariba and/or PeopleSoft preferred. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage escalations and complex requests independently.

Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal direction. Experience documenting procedures, identifying process risks, and supporting continuous improvement.
