Job Title: Procurement Manager (Buyer/Procurement Agent)
Location: On-site, Muscatine, Iowa
Employment Type: Contingent/Contract
Duration: August 18, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $50–$57 per hour

Position Summary
Kelly is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager. This role is responsible for managing a range of purchasing activities and vendor relationships essential to our manufacturing operations in Muscatine, Iowa. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in procurement, ERP systems, and vendor management to ensure seamless sourcing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs) in SAP
  • Update lead times and pricing for parts in PeopleSoft
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm PO receipt and resolve service issues
  • Manage Bill of Materials, inventory reviews, and comparison using PeopleSoft
  • Handle returns to vendors (RTVs), obsolete and discontinued part issues
  • Approve international shipments to the US
  • Support Engineering and Receiving departments with procurement-related needs and SAP requisitions
  • Manage service vendor issues, part number changes, match exceptions, and vendor reviews
  • Run Power BI reports and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure timely resolution of PID issues and work orders in PeopleSoft

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP (purchase requisitions, PO processing)
  • Proven proficiency with Excel and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Muscatine, Iowa (this position cannot be performed remotely)
