Job Summary:


B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Program Manger to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for the project, ensuring successful execution of SAFe Agile–managed activities, operational support, configuration management governance, cloud optimization, and compliance with NGA and federal requirements. This role manages cross-functional teams and oversees delivery of program increments, migrations, security documentation, and risk management activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk
  • Oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD requirements
  • Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in a secure environment

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
    – OR – Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology
  • Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency
  • PMP Certification.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex IT programs.

Desired Skills:

  • Five (5) years managing a portfolio of applications in a classified environment

Security Clearance

  • Must be holding an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
