6 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with implementation experience in at least 3 end to end projects.
Expert knowledge on any of the two Cloud HCM Modules Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, ORC, Helpdesk and or
Expert knowledge on Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations HCM Extracts BIP, Reporting OTBI BIP, Fast Formula Personalization. Apart from the above experience,
advanced knowledge in OIC, ADF, Java, PaaS, DBCS etc. would be an added advantage
