  • Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to a POps’ Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, and navigating transitions.

  • Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
  • Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and partner to Googlers, Managers, and Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
  • Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex HR problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, Manager, and Leader capability.
