This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience

  • Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties - all with best office view you could ask for!

  • Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager

  • Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports

  • Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required

  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized

  • Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience

  • Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills

  • Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)

  • Proven track record of "safety first" practices an asset

  • Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs

  • Secondary language skills an asset

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
