About the Role

The People Operations team at Attain is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to support hiring efforts at our high-growth organization. Your main focus will be to partner closely with the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and internal hiring managers to keep our hiring process running smoothly; from scheduling and candidate communications, to ATS accuracy and interview logistics. You'll have the opportunity to build ground-up agentic AI workflows to help automate and optimize our talent acquisition process for speed, quality and sustainability.ย ย 

As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a great candidate experience and keeping our recruiting engine organized as we continue to scale. With 150% YOY growth, this role is dynamic, fast-paced and offers a lot of exposure to how a growing TA function operates end-to-end.This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career excited to expand their knowledge in Talent Acquisition at a cutting edge organization.ย 

Your Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or a related administrative / operations role (technology, or SaaS environment a plus, not required) OR relevant internship experience
  • Currently using AI tools and creating workflows from scratch
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment, juggling multiple calendars, time-zones, requisitions and priorities at once
  • Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus), Google Calendar, and Slack
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details; excellent written and verbal communicationย 

Your Day-to-Dayย 

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and interview panels, acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.ย 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity for reporting and pipeline tracking.ย 
  • Support hiring managers with day-to-day logistics: posting roles, scheduling debriefs, sending candidate communications, and prepping interview materials
  • Help create a positive, high-touch candidate experience from the first outreach through onboardingย 
  • Assist with sourcing supporting (e.g., positing to job boards, light resume review) as needed
  • Track recruiting metrics and pull reporting for the TA and People Ops team
  • Support new hire onboarding logistics in partnership with People Operationsย 
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as the team scalesย
