To excel in a People Insight role, expertise in data analysis, human resources management, and organizational psychology is essential, often supported by relevant degrees or experience in HR analytics. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and survey software is commonly required. Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and effective communication help bridge the gap between data trends and actionable strategies. These competencies enable professionals to provide meaningful insights that drive informed people decisions and enhance workplace culture.
A People Insight job involves analyzing employee data to understand workforce trends, improve engagement, and support business decisions. Professionals in this role collect and interpret data from surveys, performance metrics, and other sources to provide actionable recommendations. Their insights help organizations enhance employee experience, drive retention, and optimize HR strategies. They often collaborate with HR, leadership, and data teams to align findings with business goals.
One of the main challenges in a People Insight position is translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders. You may also encounter difficulties ensuring data accuracy and maintaining confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive employee information. Collaboration across multiple departments is common, requiring you to communicate findings in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Successfully navigating these challenges allows you to make a measurable impact on organizational strategy and employee experience.

We are looking for a true partner who is commercially sharp, proactively curious, and fluent in both the people discipline and the AI tools redefining how great HR professionals work. Reporting to the VP of People, this role's main client group includes our Customer and Sales teams, with the unique opportunity to partner with executive leaders to drive performance, engagement, and provide real business insights.
We are looking for someone unique. You're the right HR partner for us if you walk into every leader conversation already knowing the business context, GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, quota attainment etc., and you'll bring people insights that leaders haven't or don't even know to ask for yet. You're highly AI-centric and use AI agents and agentic workflows as a natural extension of how you work, not as an experiment, and you're excited about what that means for the future of the people function and the teams you support.
This is not just a case management role. You'll spend as much time anticipating the challenges as solving them, and you'll be as comfortable challenging a VP's org design decision as handling a complex ER matter, and just as comfortable deploying an AI agent to synthesize engagement data as facilitating a critical performance conversation.

The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, for some roles very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
