Seeking a leader to join our team as the Manager of People Insights.

 
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years of experience in analytics and insights to include 1 year experience managing professional level employees or program/process management. Experience supporting workforce, people or organizational initiatives preferred.. Position Purpose:Leads the enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and workforce insights center of excellence across the People Team by developing and delivering scalable reporting solutions and ensuring strong data quality and governance. This includes analysis and insights for enterprise people data, talent acquisition, workforce development, talent management, employee and leader experience and the workforce planning process. The team delivers actionable insights that guide strategic talent decisions. This position manages a team of analysts and serves as the subject matter expert on workforce analytics platforms, HR data architecture, and advanced analytical methodologies.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Responsible for enterprise workforce analytics. Expert on data relationships across all HR platforms .
  2. Oversee and execute on the delivery of advanced ad-hoc and recurring reports, dashboards, and executive insights .
  3. Lead annual and ongoing workforce planning processes, supporting modeling and forecasting needs .
  4. Analysis and insights for enterprise people data, talent acquisition, workforce development, technical training, talent management, employee and leader experience .
  5. Oversee the development, tracking, and continuous improvement of metrics and KPIs for all areas of responsibility .
  6. Partner with stakeholders to audit, reconcile, and resolve data quality issues .
  7. Connect people metrics to business performance and provide recommendations .
  8. Lead onboarding of new datasets into enterprise workforce analytics tools .
  9. Ensure integration of people data sources and maintain subject matter expertise on HR data relationships .
  10. Present insights to leaders through compelling storytelling and visualization .
  11. Establish team priorities and standardize reporting processes and data-quality controls .
  12. Maintain security of analytics solutions and manage access and permissions for internal audit requirements .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Advanced Excel, Power BI, and database query skills required.
  2. Experience leading or mentoring analytics staff preferred.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
