What are PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations)?

PEOs, or Professional Employer Organizations, are firms that provide comprehensive HR solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. They handle tasks such as payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management by entering into a co-employment relationship with the client company. This allows businesses to focus on their core operations while the PEO manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.
