Job description

We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Healthcare Technology Sales Representative to drive new business growth. You will build relationships with physician practices, hospitals, and healthcare organizations, introducing innovative medical technology solutions. This role offers the stability of a base salary paired with uncapped bonus potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities across physician practices and regional healthcare providers.
  • Deliver product demos and articulate value propositions to physicians, practice managers, and administrators.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from initial outreach to close, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Navigate mobile applications, online portals, and web tools (iOS and Android) to execute daily sales tasks.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly outreach, meeting, and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Tech Requirements

  • Tech Proficiency: Power user of both iOS (iPhone) and Android platforms, web portals, mobile apps, and video conferencing tools.
  • Sales Track Record: 1–3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (healthcare, SaaS, or medical service experience preferred).
