Job description

Summary:
AS THE DINING SERVICES SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the department, including the patient tray-line, cafeteria services, catering services, and receiving/transportation. You will implement proper food safety and sanitation practices within the department. You will also train and assist dining services staff in their roles as needed and assist with any computer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent, Preferred
-6+ months experience in kitchen area, Preferred
-Must understand unit measurements, such as ounces, pounds, cups, etc.
-Must know how to use a scale
-Prior management/supervisory experience, Preferred
