Penn Apartment Staffing is urgently hiring experienced Bilingual Leasing Professionals (English/Spanish) to support apartment communities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Previous multifamily leasing experience (required)
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong sales and closing abilities
  • Experience conducting apartment tours, processing applications, and assisting residents
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Experience with property management software is a plus
  • An active Texas Real Estate License is preferred but not required
