Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.
  • Develop and implement Pega applications.
  • Customize and configure Pega solutions.
  • Integrate Pega with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
  • Experience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate)
  • Experience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate)
