Peer to peer jobs refer to roles where individuals provide support, guidance, or services directly to others with similar experiences, often in areas such as mental health, addiction recovery, or education. These positions typically involve sharing personal experiences to help peers navigate challenges, build skills, or access resources. Peer to peer jobs can be found in community organizations, healthcare settings, and online platforms.
