This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, efficiency and consistency of Peel Wood Fired Pizza at all times.At all times of FOH staff manager must be available on the dining floor to oversee the work being performed by the FOH staff.


  • Responsible for weekly FOH schedules
  • All New Hire Paperwork / Training
  • Responsible for hourly employee files
  • Responsible for updating trainer and new hire communication boards
  • Maintain and audit the Food Safety Certificates
  • Responsible for department FOH staffing levels
  • Sales Building - work with GM on developing ways to build sales through contest, training, events, specials, marketing ideas
  • Manage Training Team with Bi-Monthly Meetings
  • Staff Evaluations
  • Responsible all Employee sales contest and staff incentives
  • Responsible for weekly ordering of Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Pepsi, tea & coffee) from Distributors
