We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in our Richburg, SC facility. In this position you are responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks in the Finishing Department. This role will assist on the shop floor to ensure production goals are met. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This position offers opportunity for growth through cross training and job rotations. Associate will perform the summarized jobs listed: Straightener Operator, Peeler Operator, Grinder Operator, Mark and Pack, Saw Operator, and Crane Operator.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and measuring tapes.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes.
  • Use heat-treating furnaces to accurately heat treat both bar and coil products. Use specific mill instructions to correctly regulate furnaces and adjust for non-conformances.
  • Assist with setting up machines
  • Follow and implement all prescribed safety rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • One (1) year of manufacturing experience
