All About Therapy is seeking a pediatric speech-language pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. This is an in-person, community-based role. Your Work in Natural Environments

In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play.

You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate
  • Utilize play-based, functional, and engaging interventions
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams
  • Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team

You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.
