Position Overview
As an ICU RN, you will be a vital member of the patient care team, responsible for the close monitoring and frequent assessments of critically ill patients. You will serve as a dedicated patient and family advocate, protecting their privacy and confidentiality. In this role, you will apply your expertise and judgment to make autonomous clinical decisions, ensuring the highest quality of care and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments.

Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
    • A Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license is required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
    • A BLS-AHA Provider issued card is required within 30 days of your start date.
    • ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
    • A CCRN (Certification for Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Nurses) certification is preferred.
