Team members frequently collaborate to meet demand, support each other during busy shifts, and rotate tasks to prevent fatigue. Adaptability and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are highly valued by supervisors and can lead to future year-round opportunities. By maintaining open communication and a positive team spirit, many employees find this period to be both rewarding and a chance to develop valuable workplace skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the peak season position, and why are they important?
