Work Environment

You will work in a vibrant outpatient office environment within Cypress, an area known for its community-oriented spirit and access to recreational activities. The work schedule is structured from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, which allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations and develop individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Implement effective treatment interventions that utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and coordination.
  • Explain the rationale behind treatment plans to patients and their families, fostering an understanding of their therapeutic journey and motivating them to adhere to prescribed regimens.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure sufficient one-on-one interaction and quality care for each individual.
  • Continuously evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, keeping accurate and comprehensive documentation in line with clinic protocols and utilizing EMR systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and integrate feedback from other healthcare providers into treatment modalities.
  • Promote preventative care and wellness programs that encourage an active lifestyle, emphasizing non-surgical alternatives for recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals needing rehabilitation for surgeries or chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients seeking to regain function and improve their physical capabilities, customizing your approach to suit each client's unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications
  • A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Proven expertise in various manual therapy modalities and a demonstrated ability to tailor exercise programs to achieve successful patient outcomes.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferably with experience in WebPT or similar platforms for precise documentation.
  • Strong foundation in current clinical practices and physical therapy techniques supported by contemporary research.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and experience in developing fitness and wellness programs aimed at long-term health improvement.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
