This position is onsite at our outpatient office, fostering a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere where physical therapists work closely together. Your daily interactions will be with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and administrative staff, allowing for a holistic approach to patient care. You will typically work Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a positive work-life balance while providing utmost care to our patients.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, assessing their mobility, strength, and function to craft personalized treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate various techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialized modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, rehabilitation exercises, and preventative strategies to manage pain and promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Maintain precise and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.

The patient demographic at Peak Performance Physical Therapy is diverse, consisting of individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes needing rehabilitation after injuries, and older adults grappling with chronic pain or mobility challenges. Our focus is on conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, sports-related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will be nurturing relationships with patients, offering tailored care that focuses on their unique recovery journeys.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient facility is required.
• Proficiency in a range of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for successful patient interactions and team collaboration.

• Experience in treating a variety of conditions relevant to outpatient physical therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
• Continuing education in advanced therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or aquatic therapy, is a plus.
